After recording change name or use default and workflow will then open share extension: Choose Bear from there, and select New Note or Append/Prepend to current or any other note ... Workflow can be triggered from Today Widget, or (as a workaround) from editor share (Run Workflow) on selected text. (this text will not be used or changed, but the selection will change if prepending to same note)
